Carol Fields

Carol Fields holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Rhodes University and a PGCE from Wits University. She has been dedicated to the development and growth of Dramatic Arts for over the past 30 years. She established two highly successful Dramatic Arts departments and is well known for her trailblazing achievements in Dramatic Arts. Carol is fearless when it comes to innovation and creating safe spaces for young people to explore their talents through Dramatic Arts. Callie has been part of FEDA since it began in 2009. Under her guidance, her students at St Stithians College for boys, have won the FEDA competition seven times . Callie passionately believes in a competition where students are able to hone their Dramatic Arts skills , whether as a director , actor , technician or playwright and is honoured to be part of the Adjudication panel this year. We are deeply honoured that she is sitting on our judges panel for the first time this year.
